In this role, the Raman Applications Scientist will work closely with customers to demonstrate HORIBA’s Raman products and applications solutions to satisfy their analytical needs. You must be curious enough to fully understand a customer’s application and their analytical need, creative enough to propose effective solutions, and have the scientific experience to validate and demonstrate their feasibility. As part of the Raman applications team, you will contribute to both applications development and new product development initiatives. You will be expected to travel, visiting customers for product demonstrations and training, as well as to deliver seminars at scientific conferences. This position is based at the HORIBA New Jersey Optical Spectroscopy Center in Piscataway, NJ.
