Description du poste Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, le Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel recherche un/e Comptable en CDI dès que possible; Rattaché(e) à la Directrice administrative et financière, vous serez en charge de la comptabilité de l’hôtel : Vos responsabilités au quotidien : Comptabilité • Tenue de la comptabilité fournisseurs et clients (saisie, validation et règlement des factures, suivi des litiges, analyse de la balance âgée et imputation analytique des charges en fonction de leur destination) • Effectue les saisies et analyse les comptes de trésorerie (lettrage et suivi des litiges) • Effectue les rapprochements bancaires • Gère les dotations/reprises, lettrage et suivi des provisions • Participe aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles • Etablit les déclarations taxes de séjours, Redevance Audiovisuelle, Déclaration des honoraires (DAS2), TVA • Effectue les travaux comptables de fin de mois (provisions, CCA, suivi des contrats, analyses etc.) • Effectue le suivi des dossiers comptables mensuels et permanents • Informe sa hiérarchie pour toute situation « anomale » Gestion et procédures • Suit le compte d’exploitation analytique • Participe à la préparation les dossiers d’audit (mensuel et permanent) Management des équipes • Accompagne, forme et suit l’aide comptable ; en collaboration avec le deuxième comptable du service Finance • Coordonne et communique avec l’ensemble des services de l’hôtel Hygiène, Sécurité des personnes & Environnement • Respecte les engagements de la « Charte Environnement » pris sur l’établissement (économie d'énergie, recyclage, tri des déchets...) • Applique les règles de sécurité de l’hôtel (incendie...)
