Our Counter Services team is currently looking for an Investor Counter Officer to join the team. The role will be based in Hopewell Centre, Wanchai. A role you will love This role requires great attention to detail, you will be familiar with working in a main contact point with shareholders from different issuers, assisting in collecting or dispatching share certificates, dividend cheques, transfer documents and different kind of shareholder’s and corporate communications. You are also in a role of issuing counter transfer receipts and performing documents and forms checking. You will participate in projects aimed at business improvement in the company and a chance to work with different stakeholders and have opportunities to drive efficiency and keep in a close touch with the upcoming changes in stock market for uncertificated security handling. You will be with us with the aim of delivering professional transfer services and participate in answering enquiries from the shareholder should the need arise. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Assist with issuing transfer receipts and checking with necessary documents. Maintain a high standard of service for handling enquiries in a timely and professional manner Co-operate with different support teams to deliver professional transfer services.
