IT Operating Model: Support senior IT leadership or business sponsor in developing an IT Operating Model, outlining the strategic aims of the organization, defining the various components of the IT function (e.g. roles, governance, processes, controls, and tools). Application Rationalization and Architecture: work with clients to assess the application landscape and define the target state architecture and platform roadmaps to deliver business objectives.
