Summary
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to contribute to the digital transformation efforts of our international company. This position involves transforming raw data into information used to inform operational processes and strategic decisions. The analyst works with internal teams to enhance data management and boost key performance indicators in a global manufacturing environment. The preferred candidate possesses a strong background in leveraging data to drive business transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from manufacturing operations, supply chain, and production teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational challenges.
• Translate business needs into structured data models and visualization strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using industry-standard BI tools (Power BI).
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in visualized outputs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on interpreting dashboards and reports.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align data insights with operational strategies.
• Ensure data quality standards are met through validation and continuous monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing, focusing on data visualization, analytics, and core data management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Ability to convert business requirements into data solutions and effectively communicate with cross-functional international teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• High adaptability to evolving business requirements and technological advancements.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems, primarily MS Dynamics (experience with SAP, Oracle JDE, or similar is considered an asset).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain analytics, and production efficiency metrics, considered an asset.
