What You Bring Senior-level Project Management experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementations or upgrade programs. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through production deployment. Strong understanding of project governance, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and delivery methodologies. Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements in fast-paced delivery environments. Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating technical teams including Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations. Experience delivering SaaS implementations or upgrade projects for enterprise clients. Financial Services, Investment Management, or Capital Markets experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting Front Office, Middle Office, or Back Office investment management platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with enterprise software implementation methodologies and client delivery best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technical teams. High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. Comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.
