Automation Developer / QA Automation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
• Develop and execute UI, API, and end-to-end automated test cases
• Perform API testing using RestAssured and Postman
• Implement behavior-driven testing using Cucumber and TestNG
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure test coverage and quality standards
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release validation activities
• Maintain automation frameworks and improve testing efficiency

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, RestAssured, Cucumber, TestNG, and Postman
• Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python
• Experience with Maven or Gradle build tools
• Working knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Experience with test and defect management tools such as JIRA, qTest, or ALM
• Strong understanding of automation testing principles and best practices
• Experience with API, UI, and integration testing
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
