Description

We are looking for an experience and skilled Intermediate ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires hands-on development, problem-solving, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD.
  • Create and manage advanced scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Perform system upgrades, testing and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Adhere to development best practices, including version control, documentation, and coding standards.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in code review.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA,CAD, etc) would be a strong asset
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and integrations.
  • Critical thinking in terms of requirement gathering, solution design, and automation design.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
