SKILLS

• Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the food industry.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Experience in food preparation and serving, with knowledge of food safety practices.
• Barista experience is a plus, enhancing beverage service capabilities.

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections and inquiries.
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for processing orders and payments efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food preparation stations.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

• Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
