We are looking to hire a motivated Physiotherapist Assistant/KIN who is passionate about what they do, who place their patients and quality care as the focus and who are great communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties
- Assist physiotherapists in providing patient care and treatment
-Work both independently and in a collaboration with their supervising physiotherapist and the team.
- Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
- Help patients with exercises and therapeutic activities
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any changes or concerns to the physiotherapist
- Maintain patient records and documentation accurately
-Be flexible and able to multi-task
-Fast Paced work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of acute care practices and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physiotherapist in delivering high-quality care to patients.
