Vous serez responsable de garantir l’excellence opérationnelle de la fonction support, d’offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle et de permettre à votre équipe de prospérer dans un environnement en forte croissance. Ce que vous ferez : Diriger, encadrer et motiver une équipe de représentants du service clientèle afin d’assurer un support efficace, de qualité et empathique. Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour garantir des temps de réponse et de résolution rapides ainsi qu’une satisfaction client élevée. Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Ventes et Succès client pour relayer les retours, prioriser les demandes de fonctionnalités et défendre les intérêts des clients. Mettre en place et optimiser les processus, outils et flux de travail afin d’améliorer l’efficacité de l’équipe et l’expérience client. Gérer la planification, les horaires et la formation de l’équipe pour soutenir une clientèle mondiale 24/7. Prendre en charge les cas clients complexes ou escaladés et mener des initiatives d’amélioration continue au sein de l’organisation du support. À propos de vous : 5+ années d’expérience dans la gestion d’équipes de support ou de succès client, idéalement en SaaS. Expérience avérée dans la création, la mise à l’échelle et le développement d’équipes performantes. Solides compétences en leadership, coaching et communication, avec un état d’esprit centré sur le client. Orientation analytique, capable de définir et d’interpréter des KPI liés au support. Excellente organisation, sens des priorités et capacité à diriger dans un environnement dynamique.
