Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Operations in the IT Operations and Services team.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join as the IT Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the operation and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure. You will lead a team of engineers, manage resources, and implement best practices to maintain the stability, security, and scalability of our technology infrastructure. This is a management role with a significant hands-on technical element in both design and implementation. You’ll need a strong, broad technical background to bring rigour to the approach to problems.
