We are looking for a hands-on Production Worker (m/f/x) to join us on our mission to manufacture composite components that are not only high-performance but also truly sustainable. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Operate different stations of our robotic production line to manufacture composite components at our Hamburg facility.
• Follow and improve our manufacturing procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality output across customer projects.
• Perform visual checks and quality control tasks to make sure each part meets our standards.
• Support setup, calibration, and basic maintenance of production equipment as part of daily routines.
• Work closely with engineers and automation experts to ensure the line runs smoothly and reliably.
• Suggest improvements when you see ways to make production safer, faster, or more efficient.
• Use modern tools in a clean, high-tech workspace built for automation and scale.
• Handle our robotic and other automated systems to create next generation composite parts.
