Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Pastry Cook to join our team at Lincoln Ristorante in New York, New York. As a Pastry Cook, you will prepare the bakery products at [UNIT NAME] and ensure all items are served in a timely manner to the highest freshness and quality.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to remain standing for the entire length of the shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motions

• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
• Ensures proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
