The Section Head – Projects Design is responsible for leading and managing the design phase of Special Projects & Others projects. This leadership role entails full oversight of all architectural and engineering components, ensuring that each project is guided from concept to detailed design with precision and clarity.
The position requires close supervision of the entire design process, ensuring that all plans, layouts, and technical solutions strictly adhere to the defined project requirements. It also involves coordinating across relevant teams and stakeholders to maintain design integrity and alignment with overall project goals.
A core focus of this role is to ensure that designs are not only compliant and technically sound, but also innovative and highly functional, meeting both the practical needs and the broader vision of each project. The Section Head plays a key role in setting quality benchmarks, driving design excellence, and delivering high-standard outcomes within the expected timelines
