🚨 URGENT HIRING | CREDIT & FINANCIAL RISK MANAGER (3-MONTH CONTRACT) 🚨

Are you a seasoned Credit & Financial Risk professional available to join immediately?We are seeking an experienced Credit & Financial Risk Manager to support a high-impact investment and lending portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic risk professional with strong expertise in credit risk strategy, investment risk assessment, portfolio management, and restructuring/workouts.

📍 Location: UAE - Dubai 📅 Contract Duration: 3 Months ⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred

• Key Responsibilities:✅ Lead and enhance the organization's credit risk strategy, framework, and risk appetite implementation.✅ Partner with Investment Teams throughout the investment lifecycle, including:Deal structuring
• Credit assessment
• Due diligence
• Risk scoring
• Investment approval recommendations
• ✅ Drive portfolio-wide credit risk monitoring and reporting, including:Financial and operational performance monitoring
• Credit risk scoring
• Portfolio analysis
• Impairment and provisioning recommendations
• ✅ Manage and lead:Loan restructurings
• Workout situations
• Lender negotiations
• Stakeholder engagement
• Credit recovery strategies

✅ Analyze country, sector, and portfolio risks and present recommendations to Senior Management, CFO, and Investment Committees.✅ Develop and improve credit risk processes, tools, scorecards, and risk management practices aligned with industry best practices.✅ Represent the organization on credit risk matters with investors, co-investors, partners, and external stakeholders.

• Ideal Candidate Profile:✔ Extensive experience in Credit Risk Management, Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, Private Debt, Development Finance, or Investment Management.✔ Strong background in:Credit analysis
• Investment risk assessment
• Portfolio risk management
• Financial modeling
• Loan restructuring and workouts

✔ Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, investment committees, and executive leadership teams.

✔ Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
