Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) as one of A&M’s core competencies advise clients in improving profitability targets and leading clients out of strategic and operational crisis situations in a sustainable manner. In the process, our short-term focus is always on restoring the financial and operational performance of the companies. As part of the CTS team, you support clients in various industries (e.g. including A&D, automotive, manufacturing) from the upper medium-sized businesses and international corporations.

As an Analyst (m/f/d) - Industrial Transformation you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Corporate Transformation team

• Development and implementation of pioneering transformation concepts;
• Supporting clients in transformation and turnaround projects (\rapid results);
• International projects focused on strategy, corporate structure or company-wide efficiency improvements.

We welcome candidates with the following qualifications:

• Excellent Master’s degree or higher education;
• Initial consulting experience (e.g. through internships) with a leading restructuring, strategy or management consultancy
• Applied knowledge of restructuring, finance, business transformation, and project management, with a mindset for continuous learning and improvement;
• An impact-focused mindset with a collaborative and engaging personality;
• Native speaker or business fluent German and English, other foreign languages are of advantage.
