As Head of Finance, you will assume operational and strategic financial responsibility in a high-growth tech company in its early scaling phase. Your focus will be on building a scalable finance infrastructure, implementing professional reporting processes, and creating sound budgets and forecasts. You will work strategically yet hands-on, laying the foundation for future growth.

What can you expect?

• You will build and implement a professional, transparent reporting system for management and investors.
• You will establish a strategic, functioning controlling system with relevant SaaS KPIs (CAC, LTV, Churn, ARR, MRR, Unit Economics)
• You regularly analyze business performance and derive concrete recommendations for action, including support in optimizing the revenue engine (sales targets, quotas, commission models).
• You analyze customer relationships and margin profiles and provide support in contract processes.
• You create detailed budgets and business plans and are responsible for rolling forecasts and liquidity planning.
• You develop planning scenarios to support strategic decisions and monitor budget compliance.
• You build and optimize scalable business processes that seamlessly translate into future-proof finance processes.
• You implement and optimize finance tools and systems that grow with the company.
• You ensure the flawless, efficient integration of accounting processes.
• You are responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB) in cooperation with tax advisors.
• You communicate with investors, auditors and tax advisors and support management in strategic financial matters.
• You prepare for future financing rounds or exit processes and, over time, build and lead a finance team.
