Tasks

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
• You support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning. You further develop financial models and KPI dashboards and analyze where revenue, margins, and working capital are going – and why.
• Business Analysis & Control:
• You translate operational and financial key performance indicators into concrete recommendations for action. You analyze business cases, support investment decisions, and contribute to the further development of our control structures.
• Interface Management & Processes:
• You work closely with accounting, supply chain, and purchasing, ensuring that finance processes run transparently and efficiently. You actively drive digitalization and automation.
• Project work & CFO support:
• You support the CFO in strategic special projects – from ERP and reporting projects to accompanying audits and bank meetings. You take on coordination responsibility and consider the big picture.

qualification

Must-have

• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance or Controlling.
• You recognize relationships in numbers – and can explain them to others.
• You are proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP and BI systems.
• You budget, forecast, and report – that's your everyday routine, not an exception.
• You work in a structured and independent manner – you don't need to be directed.
• You communicate clearly, even when speaking to people outside of finance.
• Your German skills are very good, and you are fluent in English.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Have you ever accompanied an ERP implementation or process optimization?
• Background in a D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment
