Working with the Leadership function and reporting to the Leadership Manager, you will contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of impactful learning interventions that support police officers and police staff at all stages of their leadership journey. The role will support the delivery of engaging and inclusive leadership development programmes, professional development programmes, professional development activity and innovative blended learning solution aligned to organisational priorities and College of Policing leadership standards.
