You will be responsible for assessment and quality assurance of our training providers, and the training they deliver, in accordance with established criteria and national standards. Reporting to the Quality and Standards Business Partner, you will be assessing our IOSH direct delivery courses, undertaking specific quality checks, and providing constructive feedback, in the form of written reports, but on occasion, verbally to aid understanding. This is a key role at IOSH and the opportunity to really shape the delivery of our services to our end users as well as enhancing and improving our Quality Framework.
