About Us | Mō mātou     The Partnerships and Commissions branch of DIA is responsible for a diverse portfolio of national institutions, commissions, Executive and community-based services. The branch oversees and supports the National Library and Archives New Zealand, Hāpai Hapori – Community Operations, and Ministerial Services who provide a range of services to the Prime Minister and the Executive. The branch oversees various commissions including royal commissions, ministerial inquiries and those established through legislation (Local Government Commission, Gambling Commission).  The role | Te tūnga    As an Advisor Official Correspondence in the Branch Performance Team, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality official correspondence across multiple Ministerial portfolios. You’ll scope, analyse, and draft a wide range of products, including Official Information Act responses, Ministerial correspondence, Parliamentary questions, briefings and reports. Working closely with colleagues across the Department and Ministers’ offices, you’ll ensure responses are legally sound, meet statutory obligations, and are delivered within required timeframes. You’ll also contribute to maintaining effective systems, records, and processes that support transparent, timely, and high-quality correspondence.
