Job Description We’re looking for a highly experienced Programme Manager to join the brand team and lead the delivery of a key strategic project crossing all customer and internal touchpoints. This role requires someone who can quickly take ownership of an in-flight programme, establish clarity, manage key stakeholders, drive momentum, and deliver at pace. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the overall programme roadmap across multiple business areas, designed to deliver our brand promise ‘Feel good investing’ within our visual identity. Support the brand team with the strategic end-to-end planning and implementation of the project across the organisation, creating and maintaining detailed workflows per workstream. This includes scoping and resource planning. Support the coordination of multiple projects and workstreams, identifying and managing key dependencies, whilst aligning timelines and objectives. Manage the programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication, with a structured plan to report updates and programme insights to key stakeholders, including senior leadership. Maintain continuous delivery – executing complex workstreams, whilst maintaining pace at planning stages in other business areas. Act as the central point of coordination, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure scope, deliverables and timescales are clearly communicated. Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and documented, keep action logs. Identity and manage potential risks by putting mitigation plans in place. Ensure that projects are closed in a controlled manner with effective handovers to BAU. Support and enable the business to meet its regulatory requirements, including consumer duty.
