JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills. This role involves managing project timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring alignment with organisational goals. The Project Manager will be responsible for fostering a collaborative team environment and driving project success from initiation through to completion.

• To over see multiple projects, new builds/extensions/refurbishments
• Manage labour and sub-contractors
• Ensure that we are working to the architects drawings/specifications
• Order materials through company buyer
• Ensure health and saftey is being actioned onsite
• Keeping site records/variations/new instructions
• Mainly site based with the opportunity to complete paper work at our Head Office
• Company vehicle supplied and salary circa £40k
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: £40,000.00 per year
