FM Conway has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Finance division as a Junior Finance Business Partner. As our Junior Finance Business Partner, you will analyse, report & communicate performance, risk and opportunity to the Operations team and Senior management. This full time, permanent role will be based from our Head Office in Sevenoaks.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

We are looking for candidates who have Finance Business Partnering experience in a similar industry. You will have previous project or customer accounting experience and will be a good team player. You will have good quality computer modelling skills, good data analytical skills and you will be a strong Excel user.

• Developing and delivering weekly flash forecasts, monthly full year forecasts and annual budgets
• Presenting monthly management accounts, including performance bridges to forecast and budget
• Supporting the Operations team in developing and reporting key performance measures
• Working with the Operational and Commercial teams in analysing project and contract

performance

• Producing monthly balance sheet analysis, including substantiation and resolution of any differences
• Minimising WIP and recovering debts
• Monitoring and reducing GRN and Open PO balances to target levels
