Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital We are seeking applications for a Registered Nurse to join our Day Surgery Ward at Subiaco on a casual basis. Our Ward is a 46-bed combined DOSA and Day Surgery Unit providing preoperative and postoperative care to surgical patients in a wide range of surgical specialities. These include Cardiology, Orthopaedic, ENT, Vascular, Gynaecology, Plastics and General Surgery. As a member of our Day Surgery team, you will provide exceptional care to patients undergoing a range of surgical procedures while ensuring that their experience aligns with the values that define our hospital. Your role will include patient assessment, preoperative education and post-surgical care with a focus on fostering a supportive and safe environment for all patients. The Position Deliver outstanding patient care in the Day Surgery Unit, ensuring patients are treated with dignity and respect. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide optimal outcomes for patients. Be a patient advocate, ensuring that their rights are upheld and their voices are heard.
