We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Norwalk, or Morristown. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Senior Health & Benefits Consultant IV, you will lead complex client engagements, develop sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies, and drive the creation of innovative tools and solutions to address complex client challenges. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
