• Observe the interests of the children and create engaging and educational activities for children that are based on their interests
• Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment for young learners
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute programs
• Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
• Utilize first aid training to ensure the well-being of children in case of emergencies
• Attend family events and staff meetings
• Post photos and information about the children’s experiences
• Keep the environment clean, safe and stimulating for the children
• Effective supervision of the children at all times

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage: $20.14 - $29.00, based on qualifications and experience, inclusive of wage top-ups.
