OVERVIEW

Neaman Plastic Surgery & Medi Spa and Neaman Surgery Center is the premier body contouring destination in the Willamette Valley. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, solutions-oriented professional to join our growing healthcare and aesthetics practice. This role blends traditional IT support with hands-on involvement in software tools that intersect with marketing and patient communication. If you’re passionate about solving problems, eager to learn, and enjoy the balance of infrastructure and creative systems, we’d love to hear from you.
You don’t need to know everything in day one, just bring determination, curiosity, and a readiness to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and networking environments.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, antivirus software, and basic system performance tools.
  • Interest or experience in marketing, e-commerce, or customer-facing technology platforms.
  • Ability to create user guides or training resources using Camtasia or other screen recorders.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Nextech, TouchMD, Weave, or Shopify is a bonus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn new software and problem-solve independently.
