We are currently seeking a hardworking, reliable, and skilled General Labourer / Multi-Trade Technician with strong abilities in carpentry, flooring, tiling, drywall, drywall repairs, minor plumbing, painting, and cabinetry work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in carpentry, flooring, tiling, drywall, and painting.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, or instructions from supervisors.
• Knowledge of construction safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and handle materials and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is an asset.

• Perform general carpentry tasks, including framing, trim, door installation, and cabinetry work.
• Install, repair, and finish flooring (laminate, vinyl, hardwood, tile).
• Complete drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding, and repairs.
• Install and repair ceramic tile, backsplashes, and grout work.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs (fixtures, faucets, drains).
• Interior and exterior painting, including surface prep and finishing.
• Assist with general construction, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow site safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
