Your responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, high-quality administrative support and exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist the Project Controls team with a variety of administrative tasks that may include scheduling, managing project constraint tracking, progress and performance reporting, photo documentation, and on-site validation activities
  • Ensure consistent adherence to established company processes, procedures, and operational standards
  • Assemble and qualify asset lists, and update project KPI and estimate spreadsheets
  • Conduct on-site survey walks, installation performance reviews, produce quality-control progress reports, and manage distribution schedules
  • Monitor reports and documentation to ensure accurate completion and compliance with company requirements
