About the Job As a Senior iOS Engineer/Developer at the International Growth team, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering feature experiments that fuel our revenue growth in international markets. You will be involved in the entire experiment lifecycle—from prototype grooming to development and the hardening phase. You will also monitor experiment rollouts to ensure our core user experience remains a high-quality bar. The US based salary range for this position is $144,500 to 213,000. The Canada-based salary range for this position is 169,500 to 199,500 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You’ll Do Work with a cross-functional team and collaborate closely with design, back-end engineering, marketing, data science, and product. Develop scalable solutions to spread comprehensive membership packages to the International market. Own and reframe existing feature components. Maintain and enhance localization infrastructure. Design and maintain robust frameworks for iOS using tools such as XCTest, XCUITest, or other relevant frameworks. Create foundational automation workflows that lead to better product quality and reliability. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong debugging skills Many problems in the sensor frameworks require understanding hard-to-pinpoint and non-reproducible problems. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance and responsiveness. Problem-solving We will be solving problems that do not have clear solutions with limited resources available online. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features and test strategies.
