MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Education: High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree (BS).

EXPERIENCE:

Working in engineering labs and/or high-volume manufacturing test facilities.
Using Linux OS command line.
Creating and discussing technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and Office applications (e.g., Excel).
Experience with computer hardware and ability to distinguish between system components.
Hands-on experience with analytical and systematic approaches to problem-solving and test equipment maintenance.
Proficient in reading electronic schematics and component datasheets.
Can identify components on PCBs and perform re-work/soldering for debugging.

SOFT SKILLS:

Strong communication skills (both technical and executive levels).
Good verbal and written communication.
