ABOUT THE TEAM AND ROLE

The Developer Tooling team empowers and supports Scribd engineers throughout the software development lifecycle. As a software engineer on our Developer Tooling team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the developer experience at Scribd. You will focus on building, maintaining, and improving tools and frameworks that streamline development workflows. This includes modernizing tooling, optimizing build processes, and enhancing development capabilities. You will collaborate with other engineers to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create and maintain internal libraries, components, and utilities used by Scribd engineers
• Make improvements to our AWS infrastructure, including application networking and traffic routing, using Terraform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve developer experience pain points
