Each Quality Engineering area require varying depths of experience and skills, but there are some common elements we seek:

  • Quality Assurance experience within Assembly, Manufacturing or Supplier environments
  • AS9100 standards and understanding why they exist
  • The relationship between Quality standards and processes
  • FAI – First Article Inspections
  • How NCR (Non-Conformance Reporting) and MRB (Material Review Boards) are incorporated into the Quality process
  • Principles of 8D, Fishbone, Five-Why and PFMEA
  • Advanced Excel skills / Trend Analysis
