Job Type: Full Time Experience: 5+ yrs

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on Automation QA testing experience in a software/product company
• Strong experience testing web applications and mobile apps (iOS + Android)
• Proficiency with Jira or equivalent bug-tracking tools
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodology
• Mandatory experience in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, etc.).
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including delegating responsibilities, driving collaboration, resolving challenges, and ensuring timely achievement of team goals.
• Experience writing comprehensive test cases, test plans, and QA documentation
• Ability to read and understand basic API responses (REST/JSON) and use tools like Postman for API validation
• Strong analytical thinking — able to anticipate edge cases and user scenarios others might miss
• Clear written and verbal communication in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance flows and financial transaction testing
• Experience with browser DevTools for network-level debugging
• Knowledge of SQL for database validation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
