We are currently seeking: Construction Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) - Specialist Foundation Engineering in Nuremberg.

Our partner is a leading German construction company based in Düsseldorf and part of a French group, one of the largest construction and infrastructure groups in Europe. To strengthen the team, a Construction Manager (m/f/d) is being sought for the Nuremberg location as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

: You will assume technical, scheduling, and financial responsibility for specialist foundation engineering projects

. You will ensure the high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective execution of all work on the construction site

. You will coordinate and manage your own skilled personnel and subcontractors

. You will handle change orders and prepare monthly progress reports

. You will also update work cost estimates.

Your profile

: You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification

. You possess sound experience in managing specialist foundation engineering projects

. You are proficient in using RIB iTWO or Arriba as well as current MS Office applications

. You are a team player with an independent, responsible, and solution-oriented work style.
