Description du poste Au sein du service Règlements SMABTP COURTAGE du Pôle Services Clients de Lille, vous analyserez, instruirez et réglerez aux meilleures conditions de coûts et délais des dossiers sinistres amiables en assurance construction. Vous serez en charge de : Vérifier et rassembler les pièces nécessaires au dossier et procède à son ouverture informatique, Etudier de manière approfondie les garanties du contrat et les déclarations de l'assuré, Proposer une évaluation du dossier, Apprécier l'opportunité de désigner et mandater, le cas échéant, l'expert le plus approprié, Participer éventuellement au rendez-vous d'expertise, Analyser les rapports, propose une position et éventuellement applique les conventions, Rédiger des projets de lettres de prise de position, Actualiser l'évaluation du dossier, Proposer un règlement, Informer régulièrement le sociétaire et la hiérarchie du déroulement du dossier, Saisir les informations nécessaires à la clôture du dossier. Vous pourrez être amené à effectuer une première approche de dossiers contentieux sélectionnés par votre hiérarchie et avec son appui technique ainsi qu'à exercer d'autres activités annexes liées à la fonction.
