Aspectos funcionales/contextuales del puesto (consideraciones): El trabajo se desarrolla principalmente en obra, con desempeño habitual al volante de volqueta doble troque y apoyo al equipo de maquinarias y montaje. Implicará interacción constante con jefaturas de faena, equipos de obra, proveedores y personal de mantenimiento. Requiere disponibilidad para trabajo físico ocasional, atención al detalle, resistencia a condiciones ambientales propias de faena y cumplimiento estricto de normas de seguridad vial y en obra. Demanda habilidades de comunicación oral para coordinar cargas, recepciones de materiales, recibir instrucciones y reportar incidencias y tiempos de viaje. Buscamos un perfil con los siguientes requisitos y competencias: Título técnico, licencia de conducir clase correspondiente vigente para volqueta doble troque y/o certificación de operador de transporte pesado según normativa local. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en conducción de camiones volqueta (preferentemente doble troque) en faenas de construcción, movimiento de tierra o obras civiles. Conocimientos de normativa de tránsito, seguridad en faena y protocolos de izaje y carga/descarga seguros. Capacidad para realizar inspecciones diarias del vehículo (niveles, neumáticos, frenos, luces) y reportar necesidades de mantenimiento preventivo. Habilidad para interpretar indicaciones y planos simples relacionados con puntos de carga/descarga y accesos en obra. Manejo básico de herramientas informáticas para registro de partes de trabajo y control de entregas (dispositivo móvil/Office básico deseable). Proactividad, responsabilidad, puntualidad y disposición para trabajar en equipo y seguir instrucciones del encargado directo. Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto: Operar la volqueta doble troque para transporte de materiales, escombros y elementos de obra, asegurando la correcta carga, estiba y descarga según instrucciones. Coordinar y comunicar con el encargado de faena y con equipos de izaje para garantizar maniobras seguras durante carguío y descarguío. Realizar inspecciones visuales diarias y chequeos preventivos del vehículo, registrando partes y reportando anomalías o necesidades de mantenimiento. Cumplir y velar por las normas de seguridad vial y de obra, uso correcto de EPP y señalización durante las operaciones en faena. Colaborar en la organización de la zona de carga/descarga, manteniendo limpieza y orden para optimizar tiempos operativos. Registrar partes de trabajo, tiempos de desplazamiento, incidencias y entregas en los formatos establecidos por la empresa. Apoyar en tareas auxiliares relacionadas con la operación del camión cuando sea requerido (aseo del equipo, pequeñas reposiciones, apoyo en maniobras manuales).
