This is a temporary, full-time, onsite position located at our job site near Cartersville, GA. The project is expected to start in August 2026 and last until April 2027. Hours are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Summary: * Performs various administrative tasks related to the daily operation of assigned district or department.  Essential Functions:  * Provides administrative support to department and manager. Support engineers and field employees on jobsite with various project related tasks and responsibilities.  * Maintains extensive filing system to ensure back up of all invoices and correspondence * Set up spreadsheets using Excel; edit various PDF documents * Maintains project sign-in/sign-out log * Ensures proper paycheck distribution, and time input for hourly based employees * Maintains up to date knowledge of Union Employees’ benefits, changes, and wage adjustments. * Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences * Maintains and updates project safety meeting and training logs * Research, price, and purchase office supplies * Handles travel arrangements for all district members going to out of state jobs * Prepare shipments for UPS and Fed Ex packages * Arrange accommodations for out of state employees * Assisting in new employee orientation and proper set up of paperwork required Requirements:  * Minimum of Associates Degree and/or 3+ years of related administrative experience. Previous experience or interest within the construction industry is preferred. * Must have strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new software as needed. MS Office, specifically Excel and Word programs, are required.
