If you’re ready to take the lead on high‑impact civil infrastructure tenders across some of the most scenic regions in Southeast Queensland and the Northern Rivers, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, stability and career progression About the role Undertake detailed estimates using a combination of quotations and rates derived from first principals. Communicate with internal stakeholders Assist with the development/streamlining of current estimating system, resource and rate library’s. Work closely with the Business Development Team ensuring continued growth, and identification of new opportunities. Collaborate with key suppliers to maintain high quality relationships and a strong supply chain · Regularly liaise with Clients and Clients Representatives in the target markets. Promote the business in a positive manner to create opportunities. · Estimate and prepare the tender or budget estimate. Conduct meetings in early stages of the Tender period with the Estimating Manager and other team members · Assist the Project Team with post tender discussions, clarifications and meetings. Measurement of works to verify quantities. Compiling and applying rates to arrive at final construction costs About You - Skills and Experience You will have a commitment to quality and professionalism in all tasks performed. Proficient with the use of ‘Expert Estimation’ (or similar equivilant) At least 3+ years and a proven track record in a similar role.
