Join the California Department of Social Services to lead the Department’s Enterprise Data Pipeline (EDP)! Oversee the team dedicated to managing CDSS’s administrative data, spanning food security, anti-poverty alleviation, child care, child welfare and foster youth, housing and homelessness, and adult protective services. Lead the team that transforms data into the curated tables that CDSS researchers can use to drive insights to improve service delivery, breaking policy silos by breaking data silos.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of automated data pipelines within our cutting-edge cloud data warehouse, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data products that drive critical decision-making. Collaborate with IT professionals and program stakeholders to design innovative data solutions, representing the Research, Automation, and Data Division (RADD) as the business product owner for our technology stack. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of social service delivery across the state.
