OTHER … You might need to work flexible hours based on business needs ___________________________________________________________________________________ Detailed Description of Duties: During NetSuite Implementation (Project Delivery) Support data collection, cleansing, mapping, and validation for migration activities (master data and transactional data as required). Support cutover and hyper care: monitor issues, triage root causes, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and implementation partners. Gather and document requirements for reporting, dashboards, and operational insights; translate needs into clear specs. Build and refine reports/dashboards in: NetSuite Reporting NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) Support downstream reporting for Power BI / Tableau where applicable Support integration and reporting feed validation (e.g., ensuring data lands correctly for analytics and planning). Contribute to the foundations of data governance: definitions, owners/stewards, standards, and quality checks. Assist with change management and communications: ensure changes are documented, tested, approved, and communicated. Post-Implementation (Ongoing Support & Optimization) Maintain and enhance reporting in NetSuite + NSAW; develop new dashboards and self-serve reporting patterns. Support ongoing data quality: monitoring, exception reporting, root cause analysis, and recommendations. Help keep master data aligned with governance standards (requests, approvals, documentation, audits). Support end-user enablement through training, job aids, SOPs, and “how-to” guidance. Identify opportunities to reduce manual workarounds and improve process and reporting efficiency.
