Exergy’s services include asset and document management, data management, field redlining, drafting and design.
Our team is growing! We are a team of talented individuals focused on delivering consistent quality to our customers. We are looking for a Asset Master Data Specialist, this role can be filled by a technologist or engineer with knowledge of oil and gas equipment, plant maintenance and operation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Supporting Master Data and Asset Strategy teams with maintaining and creating functional location structure and equipment data by collecting required technical information.
  • Interact with equipment vendors to collect and assemble the information required to procure and maintain critical parts.
  • Incorporating Supply Chain Management requirements into creation of Material Masters.
  • Undertake all necessary work that arises through this role when required in order to meet projects requirements for Master Data (Floc, Equipment, Assemblies or Material Masters).
  • Validate spare parts technical information and obtain critical price and lead time procurement information.
  • Verify the existence of Floc, Equipment, Assemblies or Material Masters in SAP.
  • Review SAP data for accuracy against technical standards and develop remediation plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong team player with the ability to handle large volumes of work.
  • Preferred 1-3 years of Master Data (Floc, Equipment, Assemblies or Material Masters) creation experience, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Technical background (mechanical, instrumentation, electrical etc.) or ability to interact in a technical environment.
  • Previous exposure to SAP is beneficial.
  • Computer application experience with Microsoft office products such as Word & Excel is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills are a must.
  • Attention to detail is paramount.
