• Undergraduate Degree with interests in data and analytics are highly preferred

The Data Reporting Analyst will be responsible to independently coordinate production of reports and respond to Customers and Advisor demands.

This position is a great way to engage with customers while learning the Group Benefits business.

• Communicate with internal and external customers to understand data requirements.
• Prioritize reporting needs of customers.
• Fulfill data needs of customers by report creation and escalation where necessary.
• Expand technical and Group Benefit knowledge to expand the subset of reports they can create.
• Work with Business Analytics and Advice teammates to improve report creation processes.
• Be a first line of defense in supporting Group Benefits data governance
