Responsibilities This leader will build the firm’s practice by growing and mentoring a team of talented architects and designers and pursuing business development opportunities. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate and strategize with our Data Center Market Sector Leaders and other leadership on project pursuits to maintain existing client relationships and establish new business. Partner with our Corporate Services teams in the effective operational running of projects, the office, and the team. Commit to design excellence, sustainability and ingenuity, as well as outstanding service to existing and new clients. Establish credibility through deep project knowledge and strong project management skills in the Data Centers market sector. Qualifications The ideal candidate must be a resilient leader with demonstrated business development success and confident project management and people management skills. The candidate should have experience with regular and successful interaction with a variety of clients and possess a flexible attitude and the ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration both locally and with our global offices.
