TechOps Engineer We are looking for a Tech Operations Engineer to support and maintain critical enterprise applications and tools. This role involves managing platforms such as JIRA, GitHub, Workfront, Kronos, MetricStream (GRC), and Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth operations, patching, version upgrades, and deployment support for Run applications. Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end support for enterprise tools including JIRA, GitHub, Workfront, Kronos, MetricStream (GRC), and Azure DevOps. Perform patching, version upgrades, and maintenance of supported applications. Support deployment activities for Run applications, ensuring adherence to change management processes. Monitor application health and proactively address performance or availability issues. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timelines. Maintain documentation for configurations, patches, and operational procedures.
