PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment such as tech, e-commerce, finance, or consulting.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques such as regression, clustering, and predictive modeling.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Databricks Dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance, operations) to identify key metrics and analytics needs.
• Translate business problems into data questions; design and execute appropriate analyses.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
• Develop AI driven data insights and analytical capabilities leveraging in-house data platform and other SaaS solutions.
• Support experimentation and A/B testing, interpreting results to guide product or campaign enhancements.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance in all analysis and reporting efforts.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in analytics methodologies and tools.
• Develop and maintain robust data models and transformations using dbt (Data Build Tool) or similar tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide clean, structured data for analytics and reporting
• Implement data quality, validation, and governance practices to ensure trust in data dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues, identifying root causes of system performance bottlenecks.
