Plan design work, and time schedules to assign design duties to junior staff working on projects Proactively coordinate design and schedule with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical and technology Maintain accurate, clear and concise project documentation and design data. Mentor more junior staff through project work, reviewing their tasks and ensuring quality. Occasionally meet with clients, prepares proposals and presentations while maintaining good client relations Assist in project checking for quality control on other projects Have thorough knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of technical plans and drawings Use 3D structural analysis software to evaluate buildings for gravity and lateral loads.
