WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a seasoned, pragmatic, and product-minded engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment. You should be an excellent communicator who can articulate complex technical concepts to all audiences.

• Proven experience building and shipping AI/ML features in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, or open-source alternatives.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma) and embedding techniques.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and experience working within an established codebase.
• (Bonus) Experience with model fine-tuning and building complex, multi-step AI agents.

THE ROLE

You will lead the charge in creating the next stage of our product’s evolution. Your journey will be a creative one: from exploring cutting-edge techniques to shipping our first-ever intelligent features. You will define the AI roadmap, select the best tools for the job, and set the technical foundation for the future AI/ML team that will follow in the path you create.
