Shift Requirements: Must be available to work from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Primarily weekday shifts, with some weekend availability required. What you will be doing: Attend to all guest issues in 340 guest rooms in the hotel. Support Rooms Maintenance personnel in project works in guest rooms. Take temperature readings of all supply air units, concourse tenant spaces, meeting rooms, restaurants, guest rooms, converters, walk-in freezers and refrigerators Identifying any issues to rectify. Complete walk-throughs in all areas of the hotel to visually inspect, repair and/or report deficiencies. Complete maintenance of all other engineering equipment such as Chiller/Cooling equipment, Boilers, Guarded Status, and the Pool. Qualifications Must be a holder of a Provincial 5th class power engineering ticket from the Department of Labour. Must be willing to learn. Prior hotel or building maintenance experience is an asset but not required.
